摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊方法对ZM6镁合金进行缺陷补焊,分别采用圆型、一型和弧型开口方式对试样进行多层补焊试验。分析和测试试样补焊后的焊缝组织与接头力学性能,结果表明,焊缝处的晶粒得到细化,弧型开口的接头强度与母材相当,达到167 MPa,一型开口焊缝处晶界析出金属间化合物,显著降低接头强度。 TIG is adopted to repair welding foundry magnesium alloy ZM6.Round,I type and arc grooves are overlap welded in the middle of samples.The mierostructure and joint mechanical properties are analyzed and tested.The researeh shows that the grains in wehts are refined and the joint strength of are crack is 167 MPa,being similar with the matrix.The precipitation of intermetallic compounds is observed in the crystal boundary and responsible for the lowest joint strength.
