准连续脉冲光纤激光焊接铝合金工艺

摘要 采用300 W准连续脉冲光纤激光对4047和6061铝合金进行拼接焊接实验。针对工件间隙比较大的问题,采用大离焦量,得到较宽的焊缝,可以有效解决因间隙较大导致焊缝缺陷的问题。通过对离焦量、峰值功率、脉冲宽度三因素进行正交实验得到最佳的焊缝外观效果。进一步优化设计激光频率与焊接速度的关系,保证焊接光斑的重叠率,使得密封水压达到0.3 MPa,满足密封要求。 4047 and 6061aluminum alloys are welded by 300W quasi-continuous (QCW) pulse fiber laser.Using extreme defocusing amount to obtain wide welds can effectively solve the flaws caused by the big cracks between the workpiece in welding.The best appearance effect of welds is gained through the orthogonal experiment of three factors of defocusing amount, peak power and pulse width.The relationship of laser frequency and welding speed is further optimally designed to ensure the overlapping rate of welding spots and the sealing water pressure achieve 0.3 MPa to meet the sealing requirements.
