摘要
高碳钢盘条对接常采用电阻焊工艺,以电阻对焊中焊接电流、截面比、回火温度、回火保温温度4个因素,按3水平取值,设计L9(34)正交实验方案,分析各参数对接头质量的影响,形成最佳的工艺参数组合。生产实践证明,采用正交试验设计的焊接工艺效果良好。
Resistance Electric resistance butt welding method is often used in docking for high carbon steel wire rods.Welding current, section ratio,temper temperature and holding temperature,the four factors of electric resistance butt welding,are extracted values according to three levels ,and L9( 34) orthogonal experiment scheme is designed.The influence of various parameters on the quality of joints are analyzed,and the optimal technological parameters combination is formed.Production practice proves that the welding technology based on nrthogonal test design is effective.
