摘要
利用自行搭建的激光-MAG焊接系统探究了激光以及保护气体中He含量对复合焊接稳定性的影响,主要是通过不同焊接工艺参数下Lab-VIEW系统对焊接电流、焊接电弧电压的分析和高速拍照设备对熔滴过渡及焊接电弧形态照片的分析。试验结果表明:前丝在He含量达到50%耐开始发生断弧,前丝断弧时长以及后丝发生短路现象的次数与He含量呈现正相关性,增加He含量会降低焊接稳定性;复合焊中激光的引入会改变熔滴受力状态,降低其尺寸,从而使其过渡过程更易进行,提升焊接稳定性。
In this paper,by using the laser-MAG welding system to explore the content He in laser and welding protective gas effect on the stability of the composite welding, mainly through the Lab-VIEW system under different welding process parameters on the analysis of welding current, welding arc voltage and high speed photograph equipment of droplet transition and the analysis of the welding arc shape photo.Experimental results show that the former silk on He began to break the arc occurs when content of 50%, before wire broken after the arc length and wire short-circuit phenomenon present positive correlation, the number of times and He content increase content of He will reduce the stability of welding;Composite laser will change along with the introduction of droplet in the welding stress, reduce its size, making it easier transition process, increase welding stability.
