The Research of the Present Situation of Collective Forest Research in Eight Subsidiary Forestry Administration

吉林省八家子林业局林业资源丰富。集体林作为该局林地的重要组成部分,对推动当地农民脱贫致富有着重要意义,但长期以来农民和林场对集体林权属争议不断,集体林并没有充分发挥其应有的经济效益。因此,针对当前集体林资源存在的矛盾和问题进行了研究和探讨。

Eight subsidiary forestry Administration is rich in forestry resources,have a large area of forest. the collective forestry as an important part of forest land,promote local farmers out of poverty to get rich. Because for a long time,Farmers and forest farm of collective forest ownership dispute,collective forest did not give full play to its economic benefits.The authors study of authorities collective forest resources at present situation,provide the basis for making full use of the collective forest resources.
