摘要
目的评价喜炎平注射液治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法采用前瞻性、多中心、随机对照临床研究。选取5家医院的298例肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组给予喜炎平注射液联合基础方法治疗,对照组单采用基础方法治疗,观察两组患儿的疾病总体疗效、中医证候疗效,发热、咳嗽症状起效消失时间,治疗前后中医主症积分情况,停药30d后呼吸系统疾病及中医主症发生的情况。结果两组患儿在疾病的总体疗效,中医证候疗效,发热、咳嗽起效消失时间,风热闭肺证和痰热闭肺证治疗后主症积分及停药30d后呼吸系统疾病和中医主症的发生率等方面相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未见任何不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液是一种适用于儿童肺炎的具有解热、止咳作用的中成药注射液,其疗效可靠,安全性好,值得在儿科推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of Xiyanping injection for treating children with pneumonia.Methods A prospective randomized controlled multicenter trial was used.298 cases of Children with pneumonia in five centers hospitalization were studied.The experimental group was given Xiyanping injection combined with basic treatment,and the control group only treated by basic treatment,then evaluat these two groups of children with the disease in general curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,symptoms of fever,cough effect disappear time,before and after treatment of TCM primary symptom integral,discontinuation after 30 dhappened respiratory system diseases and primary symptom of TCM.Results Two groups of children in the overall efficacy of disease,syndromes curative effect,fever,cough effect disappeared time,primary symptom score after therapy,the incidence of respiratory system diseasesl and primary symptom of traditional Chinese medicine after 30 dcompared differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group did not see any adverse reaction.Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with basic therapy on the treatment of pneumonia in children is significantly better than the control group,it＇s safe and effective,the prognosis is good and worthy of promotion inclinical use.
