小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule for herpangina in children

目的观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效及其药物安全性。方法驻马店市第一人民医院儿科门诊2012-02/2014-03月收治156例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机分为对照组及观察组各78例。对照组采用常规利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,观察组在利巴韦林抗病毒治疗的基础上联合使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒,观察两种方案的临床有效性及药物安全性。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%(75/78),明显高于对照组84.6%(66/78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组退热、流涎停止、疱症愈合、血常规恢复正常的平均时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿食欲恢复正常时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组药物不良反应发生率为3.8%(3/78),与观察组的5.1%(4/78)相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合常规抗病毒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎具有疗效显著、起效快等特点,且其药物安全性并不低于常规抗病毒药物。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and drug safety of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of child herpangina. Methods A total of 156 cases of herpangina were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment of ribavirin antiviral therapy, while the observation group was given Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule on the basis of ribavirin antiviral treatment; observe the clinical efficacy and drug safety of the two schemes. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.2% （75/78）, which was significantly higher than the 84.6% of control group（ 66/78）, the difference being statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The time for appetite to return to normal had no statisti tally significant difference between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. The incidence of drug reactions was 3.8%（3/78） in the control group, and compared with the 5.1% （4/78） of observation group, there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The scheme of combining Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules with the conventional antiviral treatment to treat child herpangina has quick and significant effect, and its drug safety is not lower than conventional antiviral drugs.
