人性化护理服务在外科手术患儿中的应用

Humanized nursing service in surgical operation in children

目的总结人性化护理理念在外科手术护理中的应用。方法 2012-01/2015-03辽宁省残疾人康复中心眼外科手术室收治146例手术患儿,采用单双号法将患儿分为观察组和对照组两组。两组均采用综合传统护理,在此基础上观察组加入了人性化护理内容,有针对性的对不同的患儿个体进行护理。治疗结束后调查两组患儿的治疗配合度及医护满意度。结果观察组满意度及治疗配合程度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化的个体护理有利于患儿的健康恢复,使患儿的及家属在治疗期间身心愉悦。

Objective To summarize the application of humanized nursing concept to surgical nursing.Methods A total of 146 cases of children receiving surgical treatment were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,by odd and even numbers.The two groups both received the traditional nursing,and the observation group was also given humanized nursing,the individualized nursing.After treatment,two groups of patients were investigated concerning the degree of treatment cooperation and satisfaction of medical care.Results The satisfaction and cooperation degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The humanized nursing is beneficial to the health of the children,providing physical and mental pleasure for children and their families in the treatment.
