摘要
目的研究合同制护士流动情况,分析影响合同制护士流动的原因,为各级管理者提出合理化建议。方法基于某医院人员管理系统,收集2007-2013年签订劳动合同和办理离职手续的合同制护士信息并进行分析。结果 1该院2007-2013年签订劳动合同护士491人,平均入职率20.13%,平均入职年龄21.27岁,其中80.65%是应届毕业生;2278名护士办理离职手续,平均离职率11.99%,平均离职年龄23.95岁,91.37%的离职人员具有一定护理工作经验;393人转为编制内正式护士,平均转正年龄25.73岁,平均转正工龄7.43年。结论合同制护士比例的增加带来护士流动率增加,新进护士增多导致护理风险增加。
Objectives To understand the attrition of contracted nurses,analyze the reasons for their attrition and provide suggestions for managers of human resource.Methods Based on the human resource management system,information on contracted nurses employed from 2007-2013 was retrieved and analyzed.Results ① From 2007to2013,491 nurses signed the labor contract,with an average entry rate of 20.13%.Their average age was 21.27 years and 80.65% were fresh college graduates.②278 nurses resigned with a turnover rate of 11.99%.The average age of these resigned nurses was 23.95 years and 91.37% had some nursing experience previously.③93 nurses became official employers of the hospital.Their age was 25.73 years old and they became official employees after an average of 7.43 years of employment.Conclusions High proportion of contracted nurses increases attrition rate among the nursing staff.Newly-employed nurses may be prone to making medical errors and increase nursing risk.
