新医改以来成都市社会办诊所发展现状调查与分析

An investigation and analysis about the development status of private clinics in Chengdu since the New Health care Reform

随着新医改的推进,社会办医疗机构在医疗卫生服务体系中的地位逐渐上升,社会办诊所在提供基本医疗卫生服务中也起到举足轻重的作用。笔者通过分析成都市社会办医数据并结合访谈得出成都市社会办诊所人力资源水平较低、收支情况不容乐观且数量分布不均。对此建议出台相关配套政策优化社会办诊所布局;严格准入并加强人员培训。

Under the effect of the New Health care Reform,the position of private medical institutions in the medical and health service system gradually increased,and the private clinics play a important role about providing basic medical and health services. Researchers believe that the /eve/ of human resources and financial situations is not optimistic and the number of private clinics is uneven. And researchers suggest that should put forward relevant supporting policies to optimize the distribution of private clinics,and strict access,at the same time should strengthen cultivation of doctor in private clinics.
