摘要
通过合成超低酸价纯丙烯酸树脂对氯化橡胶树脂进行改性,采用低重金属防锈颜料,开发出超低酸价纯丙烯酸改性氯化橡胶防腐涂料。讨论了影响涂膜性能的各种因素,结果表明:本研究制备的防腐涂料具有优异的耐海水性、耐化学品性、耐油性、耐磨性、耐候性、装饰性及施工应用性,可应用于建筑装饰、工程机械、船舶、钢结构及其他防腐领域。
Anticorrosion coatings were synthesized by low heavy metal anti-rust pigments and chlorinated rubber resin modified by ultra low acid value pure acrylic resin. The influence factors were discussed. Test results indicated that the prepared anticorrosive coatings had good properties including sea water resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, scratch resistance, weatherability and appearance. The prepared coatings could be applied in architecture, machinery, ship, steel structure and other fields.
