摘要
讨论了非离子型乳液制备过程中原料、温度、乳化剂用量等因素对乳液性能影响,通过粒径分析仪、电子扫描透镜(SEM)等微观观测手段,和常规的涂膜检测方法相结合定性分析各因素对性能的影响情况,最终总结出适合高防腐性能要求环氧乳液的制备方法。
The influence factors including raw materials, temperature and emulsifier dosage on the emulsion properties were discussed. The properties were characterized by particle size analyzer, scanning electron lens(SEM), other microscopic observation and traditional film test methods. Preparation of epoxy emulsion for anticorrosion coatings was summarized.
