摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定尿毒清颗粒中苦参碱的含量。方法:采用Aglient C18为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-三乙胺-磷酸盐缓冲液(p H6.8)(10:17:0.1:73),流速为1.0m L·min^(-1),检测波长为220nm。结果:苦参碱在10.38~51.92μg·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.1%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制尿毒清颗粒的质量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Matrine in Niaoduqing Granules.Methods:The determination was carried out with Aglient C-18 column.The mobile phase was Methanol-acetonitrile-triethylamine solution-phosphate buffered saline(pH6.8)(10:17:0.1:73).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detective wavelength was at 220 nm.Results:The good linear range of Matrine was 10.38 ~ 51.92μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 98.0%.RSD=1.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Niaoduqing Granules.
