天蟾胶囊治疗轻、中度癌性疼痛241例有效性与安全性的临床观察

Efficay and Safety of Tianchan Capsule in 241Patients With Mild and Moderate Cancer Pain

目的:观察天蟾胶囊治疗癌痛的疗效与安全性。方法:选择241例轻、中度癌痛患者,接受天蟾胶囊单用或联合三阶梯药物治疗4周,观察天蟾胶囊的镇痛效果及安全性。结果:天蟾胶囊治疗癌性疼痛平均起效时间约为2.5±0.8小时,服药一周达到稳定的镇痛效果,对躯体痛、内脏痛、神经病理性疼痛的疼痛缓解率分别为69.8%、72.6%、67.6%,对不同类型的癌痛作用无显著性差异,用药期间发生的不良反应主要是恶心、食欲不振等胃肠道反应,程度轻微,未影响继续治疗。结论:天蟾胶囊治疗癌性疼痛疗效确切,与三阶梯镇痛药物合用具有协同作用,不良反应发生率低,安全性好。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tianchan capsule in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods：A total of 241 patients with mild and moderate cancer pain have received Tianchancapsule alone or combined with three ladders analgesia for4 weeks.Results：The average working time of Tianchan capsule was about 2.5±0.8 hours and reached stable analgesic effect after treatment for one week.The relief rate of body pain,visceral pain,and neuropathic pain was 69.8%,72.6%and 69.8%respectively,there was no significant difference between the different types of pain,Duringmedication period,The adverse reactions of Tianchan capsule was low,mainly showed gastrointestinal reaction,such as nausea,loss of appetite,it does not influence follow-up care.Conclusion：Tianchan capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of cancer pain,as well as synergistic action with three ladders analgesia combination therapy.
