船用液力调速系统动力学特性仿真分析

Analysis on dynamic characteristics of marine hydrodynamic speed adjusting system

摘要 基于船用轴发系统工作原理及液力调速系统传动特性,通过研究行星变速机构与导叶可调式液力变矩器配合关系得到液力调速系统传动的功率流向,分析液力调速系统用于轴发系统实现变速恒频的工作原理.运用动力学仿真研究该系统中行星变速差动轮系的动态特征,结合其实际工作时转速转矩随机输入,仿真计算得到差动轮系在变速变矩条件下传动的应力应变分布情况. Based on the working principle of marine shaft system and the transmission characteristics of hydrodynamic speed adjusting system,the power flow of the transmission system was studied by researching the cooperative relationship of planetary shifting mechanism and guide vane adjustable hydraulic torque converter.The principles of hydrodynamic speed adjusting system for marine shaft system were analyzed to achieve variable-speed constant-frequency.The system dynamics simulation was employed in studying the dynamic characteristics of differential gear train in planetary shifting mechanism.Relating to the random input of speed and torque as the actual work,the stress and strain of differential gear train in condition of variable speed and variable torque transmission were calculated.This work provides an important reference to select the type of hydrodynamic speed adjusting system and determine parameters for the different power generating system.
