代谢有机酸对保育猪生长性能和血液指标的影响

Effect of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and blood indexes of nursery pigs

试验旨在研究不同水平代谢有机酸对保育猪生长性能、血清抗氧化能力和免疫力的影响。选取144头健康、体重相近的（28±2）日龄长×大二元断奶仔猪,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组4个重复,每个重复12头猪,各组公、母各半。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂加代谢有机酸0.4%、0.5%的日粮,试验期36 d。结果表明：1代谢有机酸能极显著降低保育期1~3周腹泻率（P〈0.01）,同时显著提高保育猪血清Ig M含量（P〈0.05）;2Ⅱ组代谢有机酸能显著提高保育猪总抗氧化能力（P〈0.05）;3代谢有机酸对保育猪生长性能无影响。综上,本试验条件下,代谢有机酸能降低保育猪1~3周腹泻率,提高机体抗氧化能力和免疫力,且最佳添加剂量是0.4%。

To study different level of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and blood parame-ters on nursery pigs, a total of 144,（28±2） d weaned piglets（Landrace×Yorkshire）with similar bodyand health condition were randomly assigned to Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ groups, each group was replicated 4 timeswith 12 pigs per replicate, male and female half in each group. Group Ⅰ was fed a basal diet, groupⅡ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet with supplementation of 0.4% and 0.5% metabolic organic acid, re-spectively. The experiment lasted for 36 days. The results showed as follows： 1Diarrhea rates fromtwo trial groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）. Serum Ig M from two trial groups were signifi-cantly improved（P〈0.05）. 2Total antioxidant capacity from 0.4% group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Total antioxidant capacity from group Ⅱ was significantly improved than group Ⅰ（P〈0.05）. 3Growth performance was not affected between the two groups. In conclusion,metabolic organ-ic acid could cut diarrhea rate, improve antioxidant capacity and immunity of nursery pigs,and the op-timal level is 0.4%.
