摘要 试验旨在研究酵母水解物(YHY)对草鱼幼鱼生长性能和体成分的影响。选用初始均质量(8.19±0.27)g的草鱼540尾,随机分成6个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾试验鱼,分别饲喂YHY添加水平为0、0.5%、0.9%、1.3%、1.7%和2.1%的6种等氮(蛋白质含量为30.00%)、等脂(7.00%)的草鱼饲料,养殖时间为60 d。结果表明:适量的YHY添加量能提高草鱼增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质效率(PER),降低草鱼饵料系数(FCR);以WGR、SGR、PER、FCR为指标,利用三次回归分析表明,草鱼生长性能最佳时YHY添加水平为1.53%~1.75%;YHY对鱼体粗灰分和水分影响不显著(P〉0.05),但显著提高肌肉中粗蛋白含量(P〈0.05),降低粗脂肪含量(P〈0.05),改善肌肉品质。综合考虑草鱼生长性能和体成分,草鱼幼鱼饲料中YHY适宜的添加水平为1.53%~1.75%。 A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of yeast hydrolyzate on growth andbody composition of juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idellus. 540 healthy juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idel-lus with average weight(8.19±0.27) g were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates of30 Ctenopharyngodon idellus. Group Diet 2, Diet 3, Diet 4, Diet 5 and Diet 6 were fed the diet with0.5%, 0.9%, 1.3%, 1.7% and 2.1% yeast hydrolyzate in it for 60 days, respectively, while group Diet1 was fed with the basal diet(no yeast hydrolyzate) as the control group. The results showed that theright amount of yeast hydrolyzate can improve the growth rate(WGR), specific growth rate(SGR), pro-tein efficiency ratio(PER) and reduce the food conversion ratio(FCR) of juvenile grass carp. Based onCubic equation regression analysis of the WGR, SGR, PER, FCR, the optimal yeast hydrolyzate levelfor the diet was 1.53% -1.75%. Moisture and crude ash in carcass of Ctenopharyngodon idellusshowed no significant effects by supplemental levels of yeast hydrolyzate(P〉0.05), but the carcass pro-tein content was significantly increased(P〈0.05), and carcass fat content was significantly reduced(P〈0.05), so it can improve muscle quality. The optimal dietary yeast hydrolyzate levels for optimumgrowth performance and body composition of Ctenopharyngodon idellus was suggested to be 1.53%-1.75%.
