摘要 植物多糖具有一定的免疫调节功能,作为免疫调节剂已广泛应用于医疗和保健食品行业。核转录因子κB(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)是一种可以调控基因转录的核因子,对巨噬细胞内部的多种基因都有调控作用,许多研究表明植物多糖主要通过NF-κB信号传导通路诱导巨噬细胞发生免疫应答。本文介绍了NF-κB信号通路的组成和调节以及巨噬细胞表面介导植物多糖的受体活化NF-κB的机理,为深入研究植物多糖免疫调节功能提供参考。 Plant polysaccharides have immune-regulatory function and can be widely used in medical and health food industries as immunomodulatory agents. Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB), as one of the nuclear factors regulating gene transcription, plays a critical role in the regulation of multiple genes in macrophages. Many studies have shown that plant polysaccharides induce immune response of macrophages through NF-κB signaling pathway. This review describes the composition and regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway as well as the mechanism of NF-κB activation by the plant polysaccharide-mediating receptor on the surface of macrophages. This review can provide a reference for further study of plant polysaccharides.
