固定床液化气精脱硫方案工业应用

Application of the liquefied petroleum gas desulphurization in a fixed bed

介绍了固定床液化气精脱硫工艺流程及在辽阳石化的应用情况。分析了液化气硫化物组成、操作条件、脱硫剂理化指标、反应机理及使用效果等。装置投运后,运行稳定、操作简单、生产过程中无二次污染物产生,H_2S脱除率高,COS和RSH转化率均在95%以上,产品液化气对铜片腐蚀不大于1级,且指标稳定。

The process of liquefied petroleum gas（ LPG） desulphurization on a fixed bed and its application in Liaoyang Chemical Company were introduced. The composition of the sulphur containing compounds in LPG,operation conditions,physical and chemical properties of desulphurization reagents,desulphurization mechanisms and effects were discussed extensively. The unit operation was easy and stable with no secondary pollutants during the process,high efficiency of H2S removal. The conversion of COS and RSH were higher than 95%. The copper corrosion test for the LPG showed that the corrosion index were no more than grade 1 consistently.
