摘要
介绍了云天化云峰分公司100 kt/a合成氨装置净化脱硫工序采用栲胶脱硫的工艺流程、脱硫机理、生产情况及存在的问题。生产中存在脱硫处理量减少、脱硫塔阻力上升及脱硫效果差等问题,经分析认为根本原因是脱硫塔堵塞。对存在的问题提出解决措施,改造后脱硫塔阻力下降,运行平稳,出口ρ(H_2S)在80~150 mg/m^3。
Application of tannin desulphurization process in a 100 kt / a of synthetic ammonia purge gas desulphurization unit in Yunfeng Branch,Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.,the mechanism of desulphurization,operation and existing problems were introduced.The analysis showed that the plugging of the desulphurization tower was the main reason causing reduced desulphurization capacity,increased resistance in the tower,and the poor desulphurization effect during the operation. Solutions were proposed to solve the problems. After improvement,the resistance in the desulphurization tower was reduced,and the operation was steady,with the density of H2S at the exit was in the range of 80- 150 mg / m3.
