摘要
介绍了磷肥企业400 kt/a硫酸装置尾气湿式氨法脱硫技术的设计和运行情况。使用合成氨装置生产过程产生的废氨水作为吸收剂进行脱硫,产生的浓硫酸铵溶液用于生产磷铵;同时降低合成氨废水的处理成本,整个脱硫过程不产生污水。脱硫塔预洗段和吸收段采用空塔设计,系统阻力仅为960 Pa;尾气排放ρ(SO_2)达到100 mg/m^3。采用热干烟气对硫酸铵溶液进行加热浓缩,硫酸铵溶液质量浓度可以达到400 g/L以上。
Process design and operation of ammonia desulphurization for a 400 kt / a sulphuric acid plant of a phosphate fertilizer company are discussed. The waste ammonia produced from the ammonia plant is used as the desulphurization agent. The concentrated ammonium sulphate solution can be used to produce ammonium phosphate,thus turning the waste into a valuable source for fertilizer.This reduces the cost for ammonia wastewater treatment; with no waste water produced during the desulphurization process. Pre-washing section of the desulphurization tower and the absorption section are designed as a non-packing column so that the resistance of the tower is only 960 Pa. The SO2 concentration in the emitted flue gas is 100 mg / m3. The ammonium sulphate solution is heated and concentrated by the dry flue gas and its concentration can reach more than 400 g / L.
