总结了河南豫光集团100 kt/a铅冶炼烟气制酸装置试产中的经验教训,对一级洗涤器、干吸塔等关键部位一些仪表的选型和防腐方案进行了探讨。硫酸系统的仪表处于强腐蚀环境,只有合理选型和选择正确的技术方案才能确保装置的安全稳定运行。
Lessons in practice of 100 kt / a lead smelting acid pilot plant in Henan Province Yuguang Zinc Industry Co.. Ltd. are learned and summarized. Instrument selection for the key locations of the first-stage scrubbers and dry absorption towers was extensively discussed as well as the strategies for instrument anti-corrosion. The instruments applied for sulphuric acid system remained in a strong corrosive environment so that reasonable considerations and right technical strategies ensure the safe and steady operation of the selected instruments.
