摘要
对GCr15轴承钢盘条进行了不同条件保护下的球化退火处理,对比分析了其表面氧化脱碳行为。结果表明:在木炭非接触保护下退火能有效防止轴承钢盘条表面氧化,但脱碳严重,氧化脱碳层总厚度明显超过无木炭保护下的,木炭加入量较多时其脱碳层厚度也较大;无木炭保护时,无论轴承钢盘条装罐密封与否,其氧化脱碳层总厚度差别不大。
The GCr15 bearing steel wire rod was spheroidizing annealed under different protective conditions and the oxidation and decarbonization behaviour was analyzed and compared.The results show that under the charcoal non-contact protection,the surface oxidation of the bearing steel wire rod was significantly reduced,but the decarbonization was increased.The total thickness of oxidation and decarbonization layer under the protection of charcoal was larger than that of non-charcoal,and the decarbonization layer was relatively thick with more charcoal.Under non-charcoal protection,the difference of total thickness of oxidation and decarbonization layer between with and without sealed cans was little.
