摘要
某矽卡岩型白钨矿属含钙矿物量高的难选白钨矿石。为了提高白钨精矿质量,在浮选回收白钨矿时采用水系磁处理浮选工艺进行试验,试验研究结果表明:在不改变常规浮选工艺流程的条件下,水系磁处理浮选工艺可提高药剂与矿物的作用效果,减少浮选时调整剂、捕收剂的用量,且可提高分选指标。矿石经全浮脱硫后,在水系磁处理条件下,进行了白钨常温粗选,白钨粗精矿经一粗五精三扫闭路流程加温精选,最终获得了钨品位65.94%、回收率79.12%的合格白钨精矿。
According to a refractory scheelite ore containing high calcium,water-system magnetization treatment was used in the flotation for improving the quality of scheelite concentrate.The results showed that,the water-system magnetization treatment,without changing the traditional process,could promote the pharmaceutical and mineral effect,reduce pharmacy consumption,and improve the separation indexes.After full floating desulfurization,roughing flotation at room temperature was carried out under watersystem magnetization treatment.Then,after heating concentration containing closed circuit flotation of one roughing,three scavenging and five cleaning,the qualified scheelite concentrate was obtained with tungsten grade of 65.94%and recovery of 79.12%.
