新洋港入海港道冲淤保港需水量研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决入海港道修建挡潮闸后对涵闸排涝效率以及入海港道通航能力产生较大影响的闸下淤积问题,基于MIKE11模型中的CST模块对盐城市入海港道——新洋港冲淤保港需水量进行研究。MIKE11模型中的CST模块由水动力学模型与泥沙输移模型耦合而成,根据闸下60 m、970 m、3 030 m三处断面的实测水位、流量和河床淤积高度资料,进行水动力学模型和泥沙输移模型参数率定,最终在设定闸下淤积高度不超过0.1 m的条件下,由MIKE11 CST模型确定出的新洋港冲淤保港生态流量为80 m^3/s,接近于2006年12月新洋港引江冲淤实验中得出的不冲不淤情况下的保港流量85 m^3/s。 In order to reduce the siltation downstream of tide gates constructed in a seaward channel that has a significant impact on the efficiency of the drainage culvert and navigation capability of the seaward channel,the CST module in the MIKE11 model was used to study the water requirement for silt scouring in the seaward channel at the Xinyang Port in Yancheng City. The CST module was developed by coupling a hydrodynamic model and sediment transport model,with the model parameters calibrated using the measured data of water level,flow rate,and siltation height at three sections,located,respectively,60 m,970 m and 3 030 m downstream of the gate. The calculated ecological flow rate for silt scouring and port protection with the MIKE11 CST model was 80 m^3/ s under a siltation height of no more than 0. 1 m. This value was close to the flow rate of 85 m^3/ s obtained from experiments on silt scouring by water diversion from the Yangtze River at the Xinyang Port in December 2006,under the conditions of no silting and no scouring.
