摘要
以江苏省东台市弶港镇不同围垦时期的植被为对象,采用实地踏查法结合样方调查法进行野外调查,并采用群落优势种、物种丰富度、Simpson指数、Shannon指数等分析群落特征,对群落土壤进行取样,测定土壤p H、电导率和含盐量。结果表明,土壤含盐量和电导率是影响植物在滩涂上分布的重要因素;滩涂围垦对植物群落类型和物种丰富度等有影响,尤其会影响植物群落特征和分布格局。
A field survey and quadrat sampling methods were used to investigate vegetation during different reclamation periods in Jianggang Town,Dongtai City,Jiangsu Province. The community 's dominant species,species richness, Simpson index, and Shannon index were used to analyze the characteristics of the plant community. Soil samples were taken to determine the p H value,conductivity,and salinity. The results show that the soil salinity and conductivity are the two most important factors affecting the distribution of plants in the tidal flats; and the reclamation of tidal flats influences community types,species richness, and, especially, the characteristics and distribution of the plant community.
