Microstructure and properties of forged steel brake disc for high-speed trains

摘要 对研制的高速列车锻钢制动盘的热处理工艺、金相组织、力学性能、热物理性能和冷热疲劳性能进行了研究分析。结果表明该锻钢材料基体组织致密具有较高的强度、伸长率、硬度和冲击吸收能量热疲劳抗力良好,并且还具有较高的比热容和热扩散系数。1:1制动台架试验表明制动过程中锻钢制动盘的最高温度没有超过制动盘许用温度,试验结束后制动盘摩擦面没有出现热斑、划伤、热裂纹等不良现象所,研制的锻钢制动盘可以满足高速列车制动使用要求。 The heat treatment process,microstructure,mechanical properties,thermo physical properties and thermal fatigue properties of the tested forged steel brake disc for high-speed trains were investigated.The results show that the microstructure of the tested forged steel is fine,with satisfactory strength,elongation,hardness and impact absorbed energy.The thermal fatigue resistance of the forged steel is excellent with high specific heat capacity and the thermal diffusion coefficient.The result of 1:1 friction bench test show that the maximum temperature of the brake disc during the braking process is lower than the allowable temperature,and there are no hot spot,scratch and hot crack appear on the friction surface after the test,which shows that the forged steel brake disc can meet the requirements of high-speed trains.
