Abnormal microstructure analysis of TC11 alloy large-sized bars

摘要 对TC11合金大规格棒材异常组织进行了分析。结果表明,异常组织为片状α和β相组成的编织状组织。与基体组织相比该区域显微硬度高,微区成分Mo元素含量高、Al元素含量低。该异常组织是由于铸锭微区成分不均匀性在精锻过程中产生局部温升形成的β斑。 Abnormal microstructure of TC11 alloy large-sized bars was analyzed.The results show that the abnormal weave microstructure is composed of lamellar α and β,the microhardness of the abnormal microstructure is higher than that of the matrix,the content of Mo is higher than that of the matrix,while the content of Al is less.The abnormal microstructure is(3 fleck that resulted from the microinhomogeneity of chemical composition in the ingot due to the rising of temperature in the course of finish forging.
