摘要
采用辊底式连续炉与箱式炉两种方式分别生产了φ240 mm规格的AISI4145 H调质棒材,并分析了其力学性能和显微组织结果表明,辊底炉生产的AISI4145H调质棒材综合力学性能良好,满足标准要求,晶粒度为8级,均优于传统箱式炉。
φ240 mm diameter AISI4145 H bars were quenched and tempered by use of box type furnace and roller hearth furnace respectively.Then mechanical properties and microstructure of the AISI4145 H steel treated in the two types furnace were analyzed.The results indicate that comprehensive mechanical properties of the AISI4145 H bars treated by roller hearth furnace are better and meet standard requirements,and the grain size reaches grade 8,both are better than these treated by box type furnace.
