摘要
34CrNiMo6钢风电内齿圈的调质热处理畸变较难以控制,对内齿圈的后期精加工和提高其使用寿命造成不利影响。本文分析了影响内齿圈调质热处理畸变的主要因素,提出了在保证内齿圈力学性能的同时减小其热处理畸变的工艺改进措施。结果表明,天然气加热炉以及长方形淬火槽不适用于34CrNiMo6钢调质内齿圈的制造。采用井式加热电炉以及圆形淬火槽,并提高淬火介质浓度,可减小34CrNiMo6钢内齿圈的热处理畸变,从而提高内齿圈的承载能力与使用寿命。
The distortion of 34CrNiMo6 steel wind power annular gear quenched and tempered is not easy to control,which is not conducive to the subsequent fine processing and service life of the annular gear.The main factors that influence the distortion of annular gear were analyzed,and the improvement measures for the heat treatment process to guarantee mechanical properties and reduce distortion of the annular gear was put forward.The results show that natural gas furnace and rectangle quenching bath is not suitable for the manufacturing of wind power annular gear quenched and tempered.Using pit type electric furnace and circular quenching bath and increasing PAG concentration can induce the distortion of 34CrNiMo6 steel wind power annular gear during quenching and tempering treatment,which improves the bearing capacity and prolongs the service life of the annular gear.
