摘要
对某超临界电站锅炉高温过热器爆管的失效机理进行分析,研究了某12x18H12T奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管的服役特性,探讨了此锅炉管爆管失效机理。结果表明,随服役时间的延长,该奥氏体不锈钢中σ相大量析出,析出相在晶界上呈连续链状分布,σ相硬而脆,弱化了晶界,进而造成微观损伤,最终导致爆管。
Burst failure mechanism of a superheater in a supercritical boiler was analyzed,the service characteristics of 12x18H12 T austenitic stainless steel were studied.The results show that with the prolonging of service time,the hard and brittle σ phase precipitates in this material,and distribute at the continuous chain-like grain boundaries which weakened grain boundaries and caused microscopic damage,eventually led to burst.
