高频低损耗柔软同轴电缆绞合内导体的质量控制

摘要 为提高高频低损耗柔软同轴电缆的传输性能和机械性能,缩小我国与国外同类绞合内导体质量的差距,制作出优质的绞合内导体,对高频低损耗柔软同轴电缆绞合内导体的原材料和生产(工艺、设备)控制进行了详细分析,指出了只有在对原材料质量严格筛选、生产工艺参数合理设定、生产工艺质量严密控制、绞线设备不断改进的基础上,才能获得高质量的绞合内导体。 In order to improve the transmission performance and mechanical properties of high frequency(HF) low-loss flexible coaxial cable, reduce the quality gap of the stranded inner conductors between domestic and foreign, and get the high quality stranded inner conductor, selection of raw materials and control of production(process and equipment) for stranded inner conductor are analyzed in detail. It must be pointed out that only on the basis of strict selection of raw material quality, reasonable setting of production parameters, strict control of production process, and improvement of stranded wire equipment can get high quality of the stranded inner conductor.
