绥棱油页岩低温干馏工艺研究

摘要 对绥棱油页岩进行了性质分析,有机质含量高,具有较高的工业利用价值。进行低温干馏工艺研究,实验结果表明:当升温速率为5℃/min、干馏终温为520℃、页岩粒径为3 mm、持温时间为30 min时出油率可以达到11.45%。得到的页岩油残炭值1.49%较低,凝点26.8℃较高,硫含量0.47%和氮含量0.88%相对较低。 Suiling oil shale was analyzed, and it's pointed out that the content of organic matter is higher,so it has high industrial value. Low temperature carbonization of Suiling oil shale was carried out. The results show that, when the heating rate is 5 ℃/min, the goal temperature of carbonization is 520 ℃, shale particle size is 3 mm,holding temperature time is 30 min,the oil yield can reach to 11.45%. Shale oil's low carbon residue is 1.49%,the freezing point is 26.8 ℃,the sulfur content is 0.47% and nitrogen content is 0.88%.
