石油化工装置设计与安全性评价

Design and Safety Evaluation of Petrochemical Equipments

针对石油化工装置设计不规范、不合理等而频发安全事故等问题,首先,从分析石油化工装置潜在危险源入手展开研究,随后,对装置工艺设计和工艺管道设计进行详细说明,并分类提出了具体的设计方法以及注意事项,并对预防工艺设计缺陷提出了一些切实可行的建议。结论表明:在石油化工装置设计中,认清装置潜在危险,提高设计人员综合素质,合理对装置和工艺管道进行设计,可从根本上保障设计项目的安全进行。

Aiming at unreasonable design of petrochemical plant and frequent safety accidents, potential hazards in petrochemical units were analyzed, then the process design and process piping design were discussed in detail, and the concrete design method was put forward as well as the matters needing attention, and some feasible suggestions to prevent process design defects were put forward. The results indicate that, in the petrochemical plant design, it is very important to identify potential dangers and improve the design personnel overall quality.
