摘要
采用简单易行的前处理方法,排除其他有机酸、醇类、酯类等物质的干扰,使用外标法,利用高效液相色谱仪示差折光检测器(RID)对白酒基酒中乳酸进行准确定量分析。
A simple sample pretreatment method was developed to exclude the influence of interfering substances（such as other organic acids, alcohols, esters, and so on） on lactic acid analysis. By using this sample pretreatment method, lactic acid in liquor was accurately and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） equipped with RID using external standard method.
