摘要
针对炼油厂石油产品水含量检测的问题,对水分测定过程中环境湿度、样品均匀程度、卡氏试剂及电极等因素进行分析。实验表明,以上四种因素对实验结果的影响较大,在测定过程中保持环境干燥、样品均匀和干净的卡氏试剂及电极,是卡尔费休库仑法测定微量水分结果准确可靠的重要保证。
Effect of humidity, the homogeneity degree of sample, reagent and electrodes on determination of water content in petroleum products by Karl Fischer method was investigated. The results showe that experimental results can be remarkably impacted by four factors, so to maintain dry environment, well sample homogeneity and clean the card's reagent and electrode is the important base and premise of determination of water content in petroleum products by Karl Fischer method.
