摘要
张爱玲剧本《魂归离恨天》和艾米莉·勃朗特小说《咆哮山庄》之间有借鉴、继承关系。剧本延续了小说疯狂与复仇的主题,使故事显露出荒凉感和悲剧感;运用电影手法,具有"视觉性"特质;植入女性意识,深化小说意涵,并且把小说中的大场景加以简化,使其转变为浪漫爱情悲剧。剧本背后隐藏着张爱玲暧昧的国族认同和想象。
Eileen Chang and Emily Bronte have relations in literary creation,for there is reference and inheritance between the script and novel.Eileen Chang keeps the revenge and madness theme to reveal story's sense of desolation and tragedy.She uses cinematography and endows the script with visual property.She embeds female consciousness in the text and deepens its meaning,and simplifies the major scene of the novel and transplanted it to a romantic love tragedy.The ambiguity of national identity and imagination of Eileen Chang's is hidden behind the script.
