唐韩愈撰《南海神广利王庙碑》研究

On Han Yu's Temple Inscription of the Dragon King of South Sea

唐元和十五年,韩愈应岭南节度使孔戣之邀撰写《南海神广利王庙碑》,记述后者连续3年亲自祭祀南海神的事迹。考察该碑背景可知,孔戣亲祀南海神受到了支持中央统一削藩政策、报答宪宗知遇之恩并实现个人主张等多重原因影响;其邀请韩愈、陈谏分别参与撰文、书写,则源于与两人个性相投。但碑文所提"海事"一词的含义混杂,与今之理解存在明显差异;其中批评前任诸岭南节度使的相关字句亦不完全真实。

In the year 15 of Yuanhe in Dang dynasty,Han Yu,being asked by Kong Kui,the governor of Lingnan region,to compose the inscription for the temple of god dragon king of south sea,to memorize the governor＇s stories of offering sacrifices to the god in a constant three-year time.The research of the background of the inscription shows that Kong Kui＇s offering sacrifices is influenced by the reasons such as the central government＇s policy of eliminating the local powers,as well as his thanks to emperor Xianzong＇s patronage and encourage to his proposition.His invitation of Han Yu to compose the inscription and of Chen Jian to engrave the it is due to his personal favorite.But the words ＂ maritime affairs＂ causes ambiguity which differs from people＇s understanding of it today.And his criticism in the inscription on his predecessor does not conform totally to the fact.
