西藏环保产业特性及其投融资模式设计

On the Characteristics, Investment and Financing Model Design of Environmental Protection Industry in Tibet

近年来,西藏相对粗放的发展模式使得环境污染等问题日益凸显,环保产业基础设施建设相对薄弱,资金的缺乏已成为制约西藏环保产业发展的"瓶颈"。因此,探索适合西藏环保产业发展的投融资机制,对于保护生态环境、建设美丽西藏具有重要意义。文章对西藏环保产业的内涵、分类以及产业特性进行论述,指出了西藏环保产业投融资思路,并结合其特性,重点设计了西藏环保产业不同的投融资模式;最后提出了促进投融资的保障措施。

In recent years, the relatively extensive development mode of Tibet makes the environmental pollu- tion problems become more and more obvious. The weakness of infrastructure construction in environmental pro- tection industry and the lack of funds have become a ＂bottleneck＂ restricting the development of environmental protection industry in Tibet. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of development, investing and financing in the Tibetan environmental protection industry is of great significance for the protection of ecological environment and the building of a beautiful Tibet. First of all, this article deals with the connotation, classification and indus- try attributes of environmental protection industry in Tibet, and then provides some investment and financing ideas for Tibet＇s environmental protection industry by concerning the characteristics of the industry. We focus on the design of the different investment and financing models for Tibet＇ s environmental protection industry. Fi- nally, this article puts forward the safeguard measures of improving investment and financing.
