西藏农村公共服务需求特征研究——基于对拉萨市周边农村的调查

Research on Demand Characteristics of Rural Public Services in Tibet-Based on an investigation of the peripheral rural areas of Lhasa

对西藏农村居民公共服务需求的研究不仅有助于完善西藏农村公共服务供给体制,更是建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的内在要求。调查主要从"西藏农村居民公共服务需求意愿"的角度,通过需求强度分析法,对拉萨周边农村居民的公共服务需求特征进行分析,以期为西藏新农村建设以及社会公共服务的有效供给提供一定的参考。

As a major issue, the research on the demand of Tibetan rural residents for public services can pro- mote the improvement of the supply system of rural public services in Tibet. More importantly, it is the integral requirement of constructing a new socialist countryside and harmonious society. From the point of the demand will of Tibetan rural residents for public services, this article analyzes the demand characteristics of Tibetan resi- dents from peripheral rural areas for public services with analytical method of demand intensity so as to offer some references for the new rural construction and effective supply of social public services in Tibet.
