甘南州矿产资源开发与民族关系互动研究——以四家企业与周围村庄关系为例

A Research on the Interaction between Mineral Resource Exploitation and Ethnic Relationship in Gannan Prefecture-A case study of four companies and the surrounding villages

随着市场经济的发展,矿产资源开发逐步成为甘南州的经济支柱之一。文章从甘南州矿产资源开发产业的资本结构、管理与技术人员结构的外源性切入,分析了矿产资源开发中的民族交往活动,认为矿产资源开发的外源性,使之成为当地民族关系接触与互动的媒介,从而促进了民族关系互动与民族社会的发展。

With the development of the market-oriented economy, mineral resource exploitation is gradually be- coming one of the economic pillars in Gannan Prefecture. This article analyzes the interethnic communication ac- tivities in mineral resource exploitation from the aspects of the capital structure, management and technical per- sonnel structure of the mineral resource industry in Gannan Prefecture. It is found that mineral resource exploita- tion could be a medium of the interaction of local ethnic groups to improve the relationship of local ethnic groups and the development of ethnic societies.
