摘要
采用正交试验方法,对690 MPa级海洋工程用钢的热处理工艺进行研究,分析不同热处理参数对其力学性能的影响,进而确定合理的热处理工艺。试验结果表明:对试验钢强度和塑性影响最明显的因素是回火温度和回火时间,其次是淬火温度和淬火介质;力学性能较好的热处理方案为淬火温度880℃,回火温度630℃。
Heat treatment process research is made for ocean engineering steel grade 690 MPa through the method of orthogonal test. The influence of different heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties are analyzed,and the reasonable heat treatment process is determined. The results show that the tempering temperature and tempering time have the most obvious affect on the strength and plastic property of the tested steel,and then is followed by quenching temperature and quenching medium. The preferable heat treatment scheme for sound mechanical properties is quenched at 880 ℃ and tempered at 630 ℃.
