摘要 通过对影响强屈比的因素进行分析,制定了4种HRB500E直条钢筋试验方案和1种HRB500E盘螺试验方案,对试验结果进行统计分析,发现碳对强屈比有提升作用,钒对强屈比影响不大,提高上冷床温度和风冷线保温罩加盖有利于提高强屈比。 Four test plans for HRB500 E straight bar and one test plan for HRB500 E coiled reinforced bar are laid down based on analysis on the factors influencing the tensile- to- yield ratio. The results are statistically analyzed. It is found that carbon has the effect to increase the tensile- to- yield ratio and vanadium has little influence on it. It will be increased if raise the cooling bed temperature and heat preserved by cover on the air cooling line.
