摘要
针对Q345B钢板在弯曲试验过程中出现的开裂现象,对裂纹样进行了化学成分、金相、扫描电镜分析,结果表明:弯曲开裂的主要原因是开裂处存在较严重的夹杂物和偏析。
Crack is found in the bending test for the steel plates grade Q345 B,analysis is made from the aspects of chemical composition,metallographic and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the bending crack mainly because by serious inclusions and segregation.
