摘要
针对新钢9号、10号高炉炉顶均排压系统的均压放散阀轴端煤气泄漏问题,设计并制作了一套专用的轴端自紧固密封装置,减少了煤气漏跑现象,延长了均压放散阀的使用寿命,保障了高炉正常生产。
Self- fastening sealing device for shaft end is designed and manufactured according to gas leakage problem at the shaft end of equalizing relief valve at the No. 9 and No. 10 blast furnace roof in Xinyu Steel. It is not only reduce the phenomenon of gas leakage and also prolong the service life of the equalizing relief valve,and guarantee the normal production of blast furnace.
