摘要 针对新钢第一炼钢厂连铸结晶器软水冷却系统存在能耗高且设备故障频繁出现的问题,对冷却塔内的风机电机重新进行了选型,将原电机连杆传动的带动方式改为电机直接带动方式,并取消了原设计中的所有传动部件。改造后的冷却系统运行稳定,运行成本明显下降。 A new type of cooling tower fan motor is selected for the problems of high energy consumption and frequent equipment failure of the soft water cooling system of continuous casting mold in No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu steel. The drive mode is changed from the original motor connecting rod transmission to the way of directly driven by motor,and all the original transmission parts are canceled. The cooling system runs stably and running costs are significantly reduced after transformation.
