The Design of a Simple and Weak Signal Detection Device for Digital Controlling

设计简易数字控制的微弱信号检测装置,系统主要由信号预处理、参考信号源、互相关检测、ADC采样及STM32处理器控制模块组成。前级通过加法器把微弱待测信号和强噪声信号相加,模拟出信号淹没在强噪声中的微弱信号源;通过带通滤波、程控放大进行预处理后的信号在AD630中进行互相关检测处理;所得信号经过低通滤波后送入ADS1271采样分析,最后得出待测微弱信号的幅度、相位和频率等信息。在强噪声源幅度为2 Vpp的情况下,实现了对20 m Vpp微弱信号的检测。

The simple and weak signal detection device of digital controlling is designed. The whole system includes five major parts of signal preprocessing module, the reference signal source module, the cross-correlation detection module, ADC sampling module and the STM32 processor control module. The system simulates the weak signal source submerged in strong noise signal through adding the strong noise and the weak signal for being test, then the system gets the signal to cross-correlation detection processing through band-pass filter and program-controlled amplifier after preprocessing by AD630. The signal is obtained after low filtering and sent to ADS1271 for sampling and analysis, finally it is concluded the weak signal under testing information such as the amplitude, phase and frequency. The system can achieve the weak signal test for 20 mVpp under the strong noise source for 2 Vpp case.
