摘要
针对传统高频机型UPS存在可靠性较差、抗电流冲击能力弱等缺点[5],采用了一种集充电和逆变一体化的单相UPS拓扑结构,并利用DSP芯片TMS320F28062进行控制,有效解决了传统高频UPS存在的以上问题。系统所用元器件数量减少,控制环节简单。通过设计1 k W样机并进行了试验,UPS在逆变模式下交流输出电压为220 V,充电模式下直流输出电压为27.6 V,验证了电路拓扑和软件结构的正确性。
Focusing on the high frequency UPS has low reliability and weak resistance to surge current, the single phase UPS of topological structure is proposed, which integrates c TMS320F28062 conduct control operations, problems stated above harging and inverter together. Using DSP chip and existed in traditional high frequency UPS were effectively solved. The system uses fewer elements and a simple control unit. By designing 1 kW prototype for testing, AC output voltage is 220 V and output DC voltage is 27.6 V, the correctness of the circuit topology and soft- ware structures were verified.
