摘要
运用调查法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法等,自行研制基于感知质量视角的健身俱乐部顾客满意度量表。通过文献归纳,及综合专家访谈的观点及数据,形成26个题项的"初始量表";经项目分析、探索性因素分析,得到符合条件的23个题项,并得出其假设结构模型;验证性因素分析得出,假设结构模型与样本数据适配良好,结构效度及内效度检验结果显示量表具有较好的效度和信度,说明该量表是1个较好的健身俱容乐部顾客满意度测量工具。
Using the methods of survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and so on,fitness club customer satisfaction scale was developed based on the perceived quality.Through literature,and comprehensive views of experts interview and data,formation of 26-item " initial scale";After item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,get qualified 23-item,and it is concluded that the assumptions structure model;Confirmatory factor analysis,hypothesis structure model and the sample data adapter is good,the structure validity and within the validity of the test results show that the scale has good validity and reliability,show that the scale is a good exercise for joy of customer satisfaction measurement tool.
