摘要
作物遗传育种学科的创新发展,对促进现代农业的健康发展和保障我国粮食安全具有重大的意义。作者总结了近年来我国在作物遗传育种学方面取得的主要进展,从基因组学、种质资源保护与利用、新基因挖掘、作物杂种优势机理及利用、分子标记育种、分子设计育种、作物细胞工程和诱变育种等方面分析了"十三五"重点发展的方向。
The innovative development of the subject of crop genetics and breeding is of great significance to promote the healthy development of modern agriculture and the protection of the food security in our country. The authors summarized the main advances in the field of crop genetics and breeding in China in recent years,and analyzed the development direction in thirteenth five year plan from the aspects of genomics,conservation and utilization of germplasm resources,new gene mining,mechanism and utilization of heterosis in crops,molecular marker breeding,plant cell engineering,mutation breeding and so on.
